This patch fixes errors reported to me since the 1.0.4a release. Plus a few of the feature requests have also already been implemented.

NOTE: This is the second Patch to V1.0.4a. If you implemented Patch 1, you should also implement Patch 2.

Current users of CaLogic 1.0.4a, and 1.0.4a.P1 should download and implement the patch.

Current users of older versions must first upgrade to 1.0.4a before implementing the patch.

New users must first install 1.0.4a before implementing the patch.

To implement the patch, simply upload all files to your CaLogic installation folder. Set and reset the variables in the config.php.
